Jessie Aguilar, MBA
Jessie Aguilar has over 15 years of professional experience in the financial services with an emphasis on insurance and wealth planning.
He obtained his BS in Business Management from University of Phoenix Arizona and his MBA from the University of Laverne. He served as Principal of Aguilar Co. (2005-2011) a Financial & Insurance Service firm that specialized working with professionals, business owners, and high net worth individuals. Jessie has been recognized annually as one of the nations top producing financial professionals, known as the Million Dollar Round Table (2006-2019).
He works with his team on the creation of customized personal, business executive and employee benefit strategies to assist in attracting, retaining and rewarding your key people. In addition, he works with high net worth families, individuals, business owners, and professionals on their wealth accumulation and preservation objectives.
Jessie’s focuses within the firm are risk management, wealth accumulation strategies, preservation, complex financial structures and tax shelter strategies for individuals and corporations. Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and he resides in Valencia, CA with his wife, Cecilia and their three kids.
Martha Dieguez, Client Relations Coordinator
Martha is the client relations coordinator for Rockstone Financial and committed to taking care of the team’s clients and servicing needs. She is motivated by the need to assist people with the various complications they often face when seeking financial professional help.
As such she is a font of information for clients who have myriad of questions dealing with the complexity of financial services they seek. In addition to her busy schedule at Rockstone, she’s an avid reader and loves history. She maintains an active lifestyle by jogging, cycling, hiking and walking her dogs.
jose tejada, VP of Mortgage Lending | Guaranteed Rate, Inc
Jose studied Business Administration at California State University Northridge and has been in the financial industry for 20 years. Having held many positions in the field of banking for the last 11 years Jose worked in the mass affluent segment in the Private Banking division of a global bank. Although enthusiastic about financial planning and wealth strategy, his main passion has always been in lending and debt structure. Jose enjoys taking on the challenge of complicated transactions and often succeeds where others are not able to.
Jose is a teacher by nature and annually delivers various lectures to high school age youth about financial literacy. He sits on the Board of Managers at the Mid-Valley YMCA and on the Advisory Board for the Adelante Young Men Conference.
